University of Missouri Legislative Day

Don’t miss an opportunity to visit with members of the Missouri House and Senate about higher education.

The University of Missouri Alliance of Alumni Associations and University Outreach and Extension invite you to participate in the annual University of Missouri System Legislative Day at the Capitol in Jefferson City on February 26.

9 a.m.	Meet at the Capitol and visit with legislators.
Noon	Lunch at the Capitol Plaza Hotel UM System President Elson Floyd will give Presidential Citations to one person from each campus and Outreach/Extension. Representative Vicky Riback Wilson of Columbia will receive the 2003 Presidential Citation for Alumni Service from Mizzou.
Afternoon	Meetings at the Capitol with state representatives and state senators.
5-7 p.m.	Reception at the Capitol Plaza Hotel honoring senators, representatives and statewide elected officials.

People do not have to attend the entire day to participate. The cost of the lunch and reception is $22. For more information, contact Nick Benassi at (573) 884-8928.
