Inaugural Bus Entsminger golf classic a
hit
The father of modern alumni relations at Mizzou, former student-athlete
Bus Entsminger, BS Ed '49, M Ed '50, gave 40 years of service.
Proceeds from the golf classic in his honor, held June 27, went
to the Mid-Missouri Alzheimer's Association and to a scholarship

Chase Daniel is eligible to win the 2008
Johnny Unitas Gold Arm Award, presented annually to the nation's

Crow claims highest
draft pick
Junior Aaron Crow became the highest Major League Baseball Draft
pick in Mizzou history when he was chosen by the Washington Nationals

sequences continued to produce talented journalists during the 1960s,
and KOMU-TV built its reputation as a premier broadcast training
lab. At the same time, the outside world was increasingly volatile,

Wii keeps seniors
spry and sharp
Unlike most other video game systems,
the Wii enables users to simulate real-life activities, such as
bowling or golf. MU graduate student Jennie Siems has found that
Wii has a positive impact on the activity levels of older adults.
