Inaugural Bus Entsminger golf classic a hit
The father of modern alumni relations at Mizzou, former student-athlete Bus Entsminger, BS Ed '49, M Ed '50, gave 40 years of service. Proceeds from the golf classic in his honor, held June 27, went to the Mid-Missouri Alzheimer's Association and to a scholarship endowment. Read more

Association tops all-time record
Each year the Mizzou Alumni Association marks its sustaining member count at the end of June as a measure of the organization's growth. More people than ever before joined the association last year. Read more

Daniel eligible for prestigious award
Chase Daniel is eligible to win the 2008 Johnny Unitas Gold Arm Award, presented annually to the nation's top senior collegiate quarterback. Daniel also was named Big 12 Male Athlete Of The Year.

Crow claims highest draft pick
Junior Aaron Crow became the highest Major League Baseball Draft pick in Mizzou history when he was chosen by the Washington Nationals in the first round. Read more

Mizzou fares well in Director's Cup
Mizzou finished at No. 38 in the U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup Standings. The Tigers earned big points with strong finishes from baseball, softball and men's track and field. Read more
