Infant vaccines
An MU researcher discovers that infants have slowly maturing immune systems, which might explain why newborns contract infections easily and have a poor immune response to certain vaccines. Read more

Pay incentives for teachers get better results, says economics Professor Michael Podgursky. He finds that a K-12 merit-pay system improves student achievement and increases teacher productivity. Read more

Reduce, reuse, recycle
